1. Definitions & Interpretation

The following words and terms are used with specific meanings throughout these terms and conditions:

• "Platform" — The a662l website, application, and all associated services.
• "User" / "Member" — Any individual who operates a registered account on the a662l platform.
• "Account" — The personal account created through registration on the platform.
• "Balance" — The total funds held in an account, with real money and bonus funds shown separately.
• "Bonus" — Any promotional funds or benefits provided by the platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" — The condition requiring a specified amount of bets to be completed before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer, meaning the identity verification process.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirement

3. Account Registration & Verification

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual may open only one account. Opening multiple accounts using the same device, the same IP address, or the same identity document is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, all accounts will be cancelled and bonuses will be forfeited.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be fully accurate and up to date. Providing false or misleading information will result in account cancellation.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

To ensure security and prevent fraud, a662l may request the following documents at any time:

• Scanned copy of National Identity Card (NID) or passport
• Bank statement or mobile banking statement
• Proof of address document (utility bill, etc.)

If verification is not completed, the withdrawal process may be temporarily suspended.

3.4 Password & Account Security

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount at a662l is ৳500 (five hundred taka). Accepted payment methods:

• Bank transfer (major commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank)

Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly. If there is a delay due to technical reasons, please contact the support team.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800 (eight hundred taka). The standard withdrawal processing time is 30 minutes to 3 hours. Withdrawal rules:

• Withdrawals may only be made to a registered and verified payment account.
• Withdrawals will be on hold until KYC verification is completed.
• The relevant wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• If fraud is suspected, a662l may hold a withdrawal until additional verification is completed.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on a662l are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000
• Deposit ৳32,000 → ৳15,000 bonus → total balance ৳47,000

5.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount — applied to the bonus funds only, not combined with the deposit. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = a total of ৳10,000 in bets must be placed before withdrawal.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus may only be claimed once — if multiple accounts or multiple members of the same household claim a bonus separately, it will be considered void.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirement has been met.
• a662l reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus programme at any time.
• If misuse of promotional terms is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• The validity period of a bonus is stated in the specific terms of each offer — once expired, the bonus will be cancelled automatically.

6. Fair Play & Security

8. Account Suspension & Closure

a662l may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Evidence of a breach of terms and conditions is found
• False information is found during the KYC verification process
• Fraud or money laundering is suspected
• An order is received from a court or authority

8.2 Closure at the User's Request

Any member may request closure of their account at any time by emailing [email protected]. If there is a valid balance, the opportunity to withdraw it will be provided, unless the reason for closure is a breach of terms and conditions.

9. Limitation of Liability

a662l accepts no liability for the following:

• A game being interrupted mid-session due to internet disconnection or technical failure
• Delays or failures by third-party payment gateways
• Account information being exposed due to the user's own carelessness
• A game being unavailable due to technical issues on the part of the game provider
• Any indirect or consequential damages beyond what is required by applicable law
